Training terms & conditions

Payment

If paying by invoice, full payment is due within 21 days of the invoice date or 7 days prior to the course, whichever comes first. An invoice will be sent to you as soon as you sign up to the course.

Cancellation

Should you decide to cancel you will receive the following refund:

  • 30 days or more prior to training – Full refund minus £50 admin fee
  • 15-29 days prior to training – 50% refund
  • 7-14 days prior to training – 25% refund
  • 6 days or less prior to training – no refund

If paying by credit card 4% will be deducted from your refund regardless of when you cancel.

Alternatively, you can send someone else from your company for no additional charge.

Moving to a different course

If you wish to move to a different date for the same course then this is treated as a cancellation (and subsequent re-booking) and is subject to the refund criteria above.

COVID-19 Coronavirus

With current home working arrangements, where appropriate and possible, Bunnyfoot’s training courses have temporarily been moved to remote training via video conference software throughout 2021. We will continue to monitor Government advice and possibly extend this date should the situation continue.

To ensure the smooth running of these courses, we will provide all training material in advance and also contact delegates to check they can access our remote session.

Reimbursement

Bunnyfoot Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course at any time. In the highly unlikely event of this happening, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled seminar.

Once the booking form is returned, or an online booking is made, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
