What are surveys?
Surveys gather quantitative, and to a lesser extent, qualitative data directly from users about their experiences, perceptions, and preferences related to a product, service, website or concept.
Surveys are distributed to a large number of participants representing the target audience, often generated from Personas. Surveys require large sample sizes in order to provide confidence that the insight gained is valid and actionable.
Careful design and structuring is critical in order to avoid incomplete, inaccurate or otherwise misleading data. Effective and accurate participant recruitment is equally important. Bunnyfield (our specialist market research recruitment sister company) have over a decade of experience sourcing, screening and incentivising survey respondents.
When to use surveys?
To gain quantitative insights that can inform design decisions, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Need help with surveys?
In addition to survey design and distribution, Bunnyfoot can analyse and summarise the resulting data, helping to contextualise insight from a user experience perspective and offer recommendations for action.
Bunnyfoot has always prioritised evidence capture and valid, bespoke study designs to truly understand the nature of user engagement, interactions and behaviours, in a holistic way.
