What are stakeholder workshops?

What are they?

Stakeholder workshops bring together key project stakeholders with a variety of responsibilities to discuss, clarify, align, collaborate and make decisions that promote a user-centric approach, benefitting both user experience and business objectives.

Stakeholder workshops can have any number of remits or goals. Some common activities are consolidating and understanding existing customer insight, creating personas, design co-creation or formulating an overarching UX strategy.

Depending on the remit, different activities and tools will be used that will focus minds and produce useful, actionable outcomes. Workshops may last between a few hours to a few days.

Bunnyfoot will ensure that workshop outcomes are captured and documented in the most appropriate and usable format, serving as a record of how decisions were made and actions agreed upon.

When to use stakeholder workshops?

When to use: When progress can be accelerated by getting the right people together, either physically or virtually.
