About Melissa

Melissa joined the Bunnyfoot team as a consultant in 2023, bringing with her 3 years of experience in market research where she built extensive expertise in qualitative and quantitative research processes and methods. During this journey, she discovered her calling for UX research and led several projects leveraging diverse user research methodologies, such as heuristic evaluations, competitive benchmarking, usability testing, and journey mapping.

Melissa is passionate about bringing empathy front and centre to the research process, helping her clients better understand their customers and rally behind the research to take design decisions and become more customer-centric.

Melissa has a background in B2C marketing and is accredited both by Nielsen Norman Group and the UX Design Institute in user experience.

When Melissa is not working, she’s trying out all sorts of new activities and learning new skills, ranging from golf, to ceramics or kung-fu.
