The course is designed to give professionals the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a management role in the UX and HCD field.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including:
- Defining and articulating the value of UX and HCD to stakeholders
- Building and managing high-performing UX and HCD teams
- Executing successful UX and HCD projects
- Measuring and evaluating the impact of UX and HCD work
- Developing and implementing a UX and HCD strategy
The course is delivered by experienced UX and HCD professionals and is accredited by the International Usability and UX Qualification Board. Upon completion of the course, participants will be eligible to take the CPUX-M certification exam.
