Aaron has a great deal of experience in providing user experience insight and interaction design for the travel industry after spending three years working closely with Virgin Holidays (and the extended Virgin family) and then for easyJet from 2010.
Aaron is highly experienced in a variety of user-centred design practices including stakeholder workshop moderation, requirements gathering, user testing, expert evaluation, information architecture, interaction design, and rapid prototyping.
I enjoyed the pace in which Aaron taught us. I feel I’ve learnt a lot and I’m looking forward to implementing what I’ve learned!
I enjoyed any tasks we did that could be linked to my job. Any solutions that saved time and effort compared to how I would previously tackle them was invaluable.
