Bunnyfoot is an experience & service design consultancy with a strong focus on delivering ‘Evidence-Driven Design’. We are researchers who understand design, and designers who understand and act on evidence and we’ve been delivering amazing results for our clients since 1999.
We are looking for talented and experienced individuals to join our award-winning team of consultants. There will be scope to learn and grow (whoever stops!?) whilst you work with fantastic colleagues on a wide variety of projects for a wide variety of clients (BT, The National Archives, The Body Shop, Dementia UK, Costa, EDF Energy, The Royal Opera House just to name a few).
We work with organisations on both tactical and strategic projects. For some we are their end-to-end experience and service design partners; for others we’re their ‘evidence partners’ delivering strategic research and testing. We also provide services such as studio hire, participant recruitment and UX training.
We would love to find someone who can participate across the full user-centred design spectrum, including stakeholder workshops, user research, interaction design, service design and journey mapping but we know those people are rare so don’t be shy about applying if you specialise more in one area. We do need you to be able to demonstrate that your previous work is evidence-based and actionable, and that you have an enthusiastic attitude, an analytical mind and a collaborative approach.
There is potential for leading teams, becoming one of our course tutors, and pursuing any special interests relating to experience/interactive design. We are a company that actively supports our consultants to shape their own development.
