    Bunnyfoot joins the Sideshow Group

    By Jon Dodd | News and Announcements | 0 comment | 20 August, 2018 | 0

I am delighted to announce that, as of today, Bunnyfoot is joining the Sideshow Group. We will be the 5th company in the group which now comprises the following brilliant companies:

    • Sideshow Agency
    • Strawberrysoup
    • Thinking Juice
    • Vertical Leap
    • … and Bunnyfoot – as the UX, Service Design and Research specialists in the group

We made a strategic decision some 12 months ago to seek partners to give us the ability to offer our clients an end-to-end service (we practised what we preached and researched our customers’ needs) – but we wanted to ensure that what makes us valued by our clients (our devotion and focus on UX and evidence-based design through research) and our values were maintained. This took some time and we met a number of great companies, but had an immediate synergy with the guys at the Sideshow Group and our fit within the group is just so right.

We will continue to be an independent entity – our labs and offices in London, Oxford and Sheffield will remain, as will all of our brilliant people, but now our offer is fortified by the richness of our sister companies, such that we can confidently offer best-in-class service right the way across digital and non-digital channels. It’s taken 18 years to get to this point and I, personally, could not be happier. I am looking forward to the continued growth and development of Bunnyfoot as one of the leading UX and Service Design consultancies in the UK.

I’d be delighted to talk to existing and prospective clients about how this change will benefit them – please email: jon@bunnyfoot.com or call me on 01235 838514. Cheers, Jon (Jon Dodd, Founder and MD Bunnyfoot Ltd.)

Below is the press release of the announcement:

Press release: Bunnyfoot joins the Sideshow Group

We are extremely pleased to announce that Bunnyfoot, the UK’s leading user experience and service design consultancy, is joining the Sideshow Group. Bunnyfoot will become the fifth agency in the group, bringing a wider set of services to the group’s offering due to their wealth of experience and expertise in human centred design, and their focus on driving desired behaviour through evidence from deep research and user testing.

Multi award-winning Bunnyfoot was founded in 1999 and has offices in London, Oxford and Sheffield. They are a highly experienced 40-strong team of psychologists, researchers, interaction designers, usability and customer experience specialists, and their work covers web, software, mobile, print, service design and more. They are relied upon by many of the world’s top brands including EDF Energy, EasyJet, Sky, Virgin, John Lewis, Facebook and the BBC. They also operate Bunnyfield (the highly regarded fieldwork recruitment company), build and hire out usability labs, and are the founders of the prestigious annual UXUK awards.

Jon Dodd, founder of Bunnyfoot says ‘I am delighted that Bunnyfoot will be joining the other companies in the Sideshow Group. They share our values and hands-on, tailored approach to helping clients achieve their aims. Being a specialist ‘boutique’ consultancy we were keen to find trusted partners that we could collaborate with to deliver a full service, whilst also maintaining our specialist human-centric focus. Being part of a group of separate but aligned companies allows us to do just this. Our clients will benefit, our staff will benefit, our new partners will benefit – a fantastic result all around.”

Tony Hill, founder of the Sideshow Group says: “We are so excited to have such an outstanding and esteemed company join the group. Our ambition is to deliver best-in-class services that help clients with the challenges and opportunities they face today and in the future. This could not be better served than with the brilliantly talented, and exceptionally nice people at Bunnyfoot. It’s a privilege to have them on board and puts the group in pole position for any brand looking to improve how they interact and communicate with their customers.”

Bunnyfoot joins Strawberrysoup, Vertical Leap, and Thinking Juice alongside Sideshow Agency in the group.

Sideshow Group is based in London and on the south coast. It is one of the fastest growing and largest independent marketing services groups in the UK, working across a variety of channels and disciplines. Their clients are global brands including BT, HSBC, KFC, Specsavers, Vans, P & O Cruises and Pearson, delivering industry-leading expertise and business transforming experiences and communications.
