Oxfam have recently launched a new app that gives supporters greater control over their relationship with the charity. We were thrilled to work with Oxfam once again as a research partner to help ensure the new app was meeting and exceeding user needs.
The My Oxfam app is the first of its kind for a charity and offers a new level of transparency about Oxfam’s work. Users of the app are able to dial up or down the amount they wish to donate and easily manage how Oxfam gets in contact by phone, email or post.
Bunnyfoot were engaged to carry out usability testing of the app which provided the insight on areas that needed improvement as well as areas that were working well. Oxfam also used Bunnyfield for participant recruitment to ensure real users of the service were being used for the testing.
