JUICE 2012

Ensuring a flawless online customer experience is a pretty big deal to us at Bunnyfoot. On 14 June 2012, we hosted an event for our clients to highlight this message while looking at the online experience across all channels as new ways to access the internet continue to develop. Read our blog and watch the videos.

About the event

Concentration on user experience is vital for success in the digital world, and Bunnyfoot has been leading the way for over a decade. As the market has matured and digital technology has become ubiquitous, distinguishing between channels and thinking of “users” is no longer appropriate. We need to focus our efforts on Joined Up Interactive Customer Experiences (JUICE).

To stimulate discussion we have inspiration from the award-winning comedian Tom Wrigglesworth (BBC4 “Open Letters” series); Jamie Seedhouse, Digital Strategy Manager at Europe’s largest home improvement retailer – Kingfisher; Sarah Blair Gould, eCommerce Manager of international retailer Boden and the world’s most influential ad man and Vice Chairman of Ogilvy – Rory Sutherland.

Rory Sutherland

Vice Chairman of Ogilvy Group

From unlikely beginnings as a classics teacher, then being described as the worst graduate trainee that Ogilvy & Mather had ever hired, to his present role as Vice Chairman of Ogilvy Group, Rory Sutherland is one of marketing’s most original thinkers and influential speakers. He is a leading light in the advertising industry, a champion of behavioural economics and an advocate of user testing. Rory is as outspoken as he is creative and will be talking about whatever he likes – no doubt we’ll all be enthralled.

Jamie Seedhouse

Digital Strategy Manager at Kingfisher

Jamie is responsible for defining future business strategy for new and emerging digital trends at Europe’s leading home improvement retail group – Kingfisher (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama). Bunnyfoot has supported Screwfix through card sorting, mobile-optimised website design and continual improvements to the site. He will be talking about the value of testing with users early in the web development process.

Sarah Blair Gould

eCommerce Manager at Boden

Sarah has been the eCommerce Manager for international fashion retailer Boden for over 5 years. Because Boden always keeps its customers at the heart of its decisions, Sarah knows that user testing offers the insight to provide the optimum user journey. Sarah will talk about the importance of understanding the customers’ experience of shopping with Boden across a variety of channels.

Tom Wrigglesworth

Comedian

Stand-up comedians don’t arrive at the Edinburgh Fringe with award-winning shows by chance, they test their set on small audiences and make improvements based on feedback. Award-winning stand-up comedian and presenter of Radio 4’s “Open Letters” series, Tom Wrigglesworth will be talking about his experiences of user testing sets.
