We recently ran our Design for Persuasion course where we look at ways to  inspire trust, build emotional rapport and trigger action amongst your target audience. To get a good mix of knowledge and practical application we asked our participants to work on a design challenge, giving expression to some of the principles learnt.

Bunnyfoot is now officially accredited by the Continuing Professional Development Standards Office. The independent office examines course providers thoroughly and requires full documentation, procedures and quality information to ensure students receive the quality education they signed up for.

Due to popular demand, Bunnyfoot have launched a new training course on the ‘Fundamentals of Service Design‘ with the first dates set for  the 19th October 2016 and 10th January 2017.


UX Guru Rolf Molich to deliver official certification

This week we added a new course to our hugely popular CPUX-foundation certification course and exam. From November, those who have successfully passed the foundation exam can take our new Certification in User Testing which will be run by UX Guru Rolf Molich.

Personas. You’ve probably heard of them and maybe you understand them, or maybe you don’t. That’s OK – these little chaps seem to receive a lot of attention and yet we are frequently asked by our clients what they actually are.

They are a key part of ensuring you stick to your user centred design principles. This post will hopefully give you a bit of an overview of what a persona is and isn’t, how we’ve used them and why you should too. There are also some suggestions for further reading at the end if you’d like to get your teeth sunk a little deeper into this topic.

It’s a hot June morning as a black taxi pulls up on a tree-lined road in front of what was once an officer’s mess. The rambling corridors have now become the perfect rabbit warren for Bunnyfoot and other innovative businesses in what is now “Harwell Innovation Centre”.

As 4 people climb out and I hear the chatter and laughter of different accents, excited about the day ahead, I remember why I was drawn to this company in the first place. I see the laptops, the overnight bags and large art cases hiding a multitude of intriguing props they’ve brought to take part in Bunnyfoot’s Annual Training Day.
