It is therefore key to design and audit services holistically to understand how everything works together and identify the issues and opportunities.

In a recent study, we found that people are just as likely to share a positive experience (48%) with your service as a negative one (51%) when looking across all channels.

So it’s clear that providing a positive service experience encourages people to share it, whether that’s in conversation with family/friends/colleagues on social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter) or writing a review or email.

Due to popular demand, Bunnyfoot have launched a new training course on the ‘Fundamentals of Service Design‘ with the first dates set for  the 19th October 2016 and 10th January 2017.

Service design and User Experience design: a complex partnership

The idea behind service design (SD) is to make ‘services’ easier, quicker and more delightful to engage with. Sound familiar? It’s not too dissimilar from user experience (UX) with its goal to improve effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, and more recently, desirability.
