Historic Royal Palaces

Recently we worked with Historic Royal Palaces to refine the organisation of their website and also provide input into the visitor experience at their six palaces. In particular, they wanted to grow their UK-based audience outside of London, provide more user-centred programmes for schools, families and young people and engage more overall through film, television and modern online media. Naturally we agreed that an audience-first approach was the key to increasing the visit count and achieving their aims.

Leap day charity event

I don’t know if you realised this, but we have a free day this year! Yes, 1 free day. How would you spend it? Let’s be honest, you’d probably just go to work.

At Bunnyfoot, we decided to donate the extra day to charity so we got in touch with some exceptionally brilliant charities that make a difference to our world but are just not big enough to provide the super slick websites that established charities can.

Today is World Usability Day and the theme for the tenth anniversary is ‘Innovation’.

The official website of World Usability Day states that “Innovation in User Experience means that people can do what they need and want to, with technology, products and services that enhance their experience”, and their message, which we wholeheartedly agree with is:

“No-one should have to suffer through products and services that get in their way. People should not be made to feel stupid by technology.”
