Bunnyfoot’s work with Sky is going live
We are excited to see that Sky have announced the changes to their My Sky app which introduces a loyalty scheme that will reward and recognise members based on how long they have been with Sky.
Bunnyfoot have worked extensively with Sky on the app, doing research with customers and providing actionable recommendations that have ensured a customer focused design.
The My Sky app allows customers to also check their broadband speed, review monthly bills, change the way they pay and get help using troubleshooting videos and articles.
Bunnyfoot have also been involved in the customer research for updates to the Sky Q software being released soon. These updates will give users voice search and better personalisation throughout the service.
Sky is also refreshing the Sky Q homepage, saying it is “putting personalisation even more at the heart of the viewing experience, with a new homepage set to give you one swipe access to your latest recordings, along with brand new show recommendations based on your viewing history.”
